1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 30 days of any paid charge (initial purchase or renewal). After 30 days, the charge is considered final for that billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further renewals.
2. How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at aislan@longevitylabs.tech with your order number and we will forward the request to Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
