NotaPraPlanilha is a product operated by ALS tecnologia e treinamento ("we", "us"). By using NotaPraPlanilha you agree to these terms. If you are using NotaPraPlanilha on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
NotaPraPlanilha extracts structured data from documents using AI. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Extractions are AI-generated and may contain errors — you remain responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for accounting, tax or legal decisions.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the digital consent age in your jurisdiction).
- Notify us at aislan@longevitylabs.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, malware, contains another person's regulated personal data without lawful basis, or is intended to abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, reverse-engineering, sustained extreme volume). We may suspend accounts that put service stability or other users at risk.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to documents and extractions you create. You grant NotaPraPlanilha a limited license to host, process and display them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
5. Plans and billing — Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
- The free tier includes 20 pages per month. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.
- Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice when possible.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotaPraPlanilha disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify active accounts of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
